Most relevant

I waited for over 25 minutes past my scheduled appointment time before being called back. I did not see the provider I was scheduled with. Since this office only bills primary insurance, very little is actually being covered from my treatment plan and it will be out of our budget to get the suggested care. The financial aspect is a big barrier to healthcare. The burden on my time is another barrier.
