About Dr. Michael DeVito
Dr. Michael DeVito earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in 2004. He built on his undergraduate education at the College of William & Mary by completing a General Practice Residency at the San Francisco Veterans Affairs Medical Center. In 2006, he further enhanced his skills by completing the Complete Aesthetic Continuum at the Nash Institute for Dental Learning in Charlotte, NC. He also dedicates significant time to continuing education, taking various courses throughout the year to stay current with the latest advances, trends, and methods in dentistry.
Through his education and residency, Dr. DeVito gained extensive training and experience in implantology, aesthetic dentistry, care for medically compromised patients, and TMJ treatment. He is certified in Invisalign, providing patients with a clear braces alternative. He is also an active member of the American Dental Association and the New York State Dental Association.
When not helping patients, Dr. DeVito is an avid sports fan who enjoys film, reading about history, theater, and traveling to new and exciting places.

I went in for a cleaning and a consultation. The dental hygienist (who’s name I unfortunately cannot remember) was so professional and kind and answered all of my questions. Most importantly she was completely non-judgmental which made me feel so much better than the last dentist office I was at. After that I met with Dr. Devito who answered all my questions and throughly explained my next steps in a very kind and professional matter.
Shoutout to everyone for getting bedside matter right! The last thing anyone wants to feel at a dental appointment is shame so thank you all very much for the superb experience.

I have dr anxiety. And also haven’t been to the dentist in a very long time. But everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. It eased my anxiety! Felt a little weird that the exam room doesn’t have a door for a bit more privacy. But other than that, I will be back for sure!

I had a good experience. I waited 30mins to be seen which isn't bad. The only negative was that the Doctor didn't want to fill my cavity that visit. He probably wanted to get me in there one more time and pay out of pocket. He said he was very busy. In my experience a cavity filing takes less than 15 minutes.

I made an appointment with Dr. Devito for consultation as well as teeth cleaning. Someone came to give me teeth cleaning so i thought she was hygienist. But after cleaning, she started asking me questions and started giving me consultation. I was a bit confused because she didn’t introduce herself of explain why i wasn’t seeing Dr. Devito although she was very nice and had nice bed side manner, I should have been informed/explained that I wasn’t going to see Dr. Devito because that’s the dentist i made an appointment with. At the end i had to ask if I was going to see him and that’s when she told me that she was assigned to me.

Dr. DeVito was super friendly. I was a new patient so he did a thorough exam and did the cleaning himself. He showed me my xrays and talked about any problems I was having. The cleaning was fairly quick and mostly painless!

Dr. DeVito was great! I’m normally terrified of dentist, but he listened to my concerns and did his best to not cause me any pain. He gave me a clear plan of what I need to do next. I will definitely return.

When someone makes an appointment and receives emails and text message providing the time of your appointment, you would think nothing go wrong. Well apparently things in writing means nothing to this practice. I made and had an appointment for 12:00pm. Even received a text message stating what time my appointment was for 2 hours before the schedule appointment, only to be told your appointment was 11:45 in person. Now when I arrived exactly at 12 with my paperwork already completed, I was told by the so-called office manager "I mention when I called you it was "11:45"". Now if you call someone (the day before I may add) to confirm appointment that person knows what time they made the appointment for why would they think anything would change. In addition, you have emails and text message confirming your appointment for the exact time you arrived there are no questions asked nothing to argue. In addition, if someone does have an appointment for 11:45 and does not have paperwork completed than does not that take 5-10 mins off the appointment. However, I guess this practice does not budget for that. Then they decide to take me but we can only do partial services but I pretty sure they would probably bill for complete appointment. As a professional, myself I will not be seeing anyone who does not keep to their word in writing. I advise anyone not to see any professional that is unprofessional.
