The office called me to confirm and move the appointment around. They were absolutely amazing. The Doctor saw me immediately in between patients, as I was squeezed in. After some testing, he came up with a treatment plan and offerred me his next available slot. The office then completely took charge and gave me instructions, explained how my insurance would work. etc. Cindy was lovely and immediately reached out to my insurance company and passed on all of the information.

Dr. Michael Graffeo performed a tooth extraction surgery on my 7-year-old due to infection and it went incredibly smoothly. His bedside manners are outstanding, making my son feel completely at ease. Most kids hate going to the doctor. My son actually looked forward to his visits with Dr. Graffeo. He has a very calming way about him. I also think it had something to do with him seeing what cool sneakers the Dr. was wearing that day.

I went to see Dr. Graffeo last month to get my wisdom teeth removed. I was somewhat nervous based on stories from other people who had their teeth removed by other surgeons. This was my first time being a patient of Dr. Graffeo and I could not be happier. He was extremely professional and personable. And everyone I interacted with at the office was just as great. He assured me the procedure was routine and everything he told me during my consultation was spot on. The procedure was quick and easy and my recovery was the same with very little discomfort. So happy I finally had the procedure done as I had been in pain for a long time…Highly recommend him if you ever need any oral surgery!

I highly recommend Dr. Graffeo! He removed my sons wisdom teeth and the entire process was seamless. He was excellent at explaining what to expect. He told us what precautions to take prior to surgery, and also what could help with aftercare, so that we were fully prepared. During the visit, Dr. Graffeo was wonderful at making my son feel comfortable. He and his staff were super friendly, accommodating, and did a great job of easing my sons nerves. We also greatly appreciated the multiple calls after the procedure regarding follow up. Not many doctors take that time anymore. Overall, Dr. Graffeo was professional, knowledgeable, skilled, and has a great bedside manner. I feel very confident recommending him.

Dr. Graffeo is by far the BEST oral surgeon — the only one to see. My daughter needed 4 impacted wisdom teeth removed. He is the only surgeon I would let touch my daughter. We drove more than an hour to use him after other trusted recommendations, and we were so happy we did. His work, bedside manner, follow-up and overall care are impeccable. Dr. Graffeo made this surgery painless and easy for her. HIGHLY recommend.

Dr Graffeo was great. He figured out the issue with my jaw and was extremely helpful. I had a lot of pain in my mouth and my dentist pushed me off to an oral surgeon. Dr Graffeo took the time to figure out the issue and helped me recover. He set up an appointment for me right away and his staff was very nice and personable. I would highly recommend him to anyone in the Westchester area.

I went to Dr. Graffeo to get my wisdom teeth out and it went very smoothly! He answered all my questions and made sure I felt ready before my surgery. Afterwards, my swelling was very minimal and he followed up to make sure I was healing well. I would highly recommend!

I had an extraction and implant performed by Dr. Graffeo. Having my teeth worked on, like many, is probably my least favorite of all health maintenance, but if I have to get it done, I like to get it done right. Dr. Graffeo made my visits totally comfortable, pain free and put me at ease immediately as I get a little nervous about dental work. He was very friendly, confident and exacting in his work, doing precisely what he explained he would do. He asked if I wanted a local or general anesthesia and I said general, of course. I sleep and wake-up and it's done? Like it never happened! You can tell he cares...I whole-heartedly recommend Dr. Graffeo
