About Dr. Michael Hyodo

Dr. Mike grew up in Sunnyvale, California. He received his degree from the University of Washington. Following college, he attended the University of Washington School of Dentistry and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery in 1988. He also completed an Oral Surgery externship at the University of Leeds Dental Hospital in 1987. He is a member of numerous organizations including the American Dental Association, Washington State Dental Association, Seattle-King County Dental Society, Christian Dental Society, Christian Medical Dental Association, Bellevue Breakfast Rotary Club, and Pankey Study Club. Dr. Mike regularly travels abroad to perform missionary work all over the world. He has worked in many nations such as Romania, Russia, Jamaica, Kenya, and many more to provide free dental care and to share the love of Christ. Currently, his main focus is in Kenya setting up dental clinics with his family that includes his wife, Trisha, and four children.
