For more than a decade, Dr. Mashini has had the privilege of caring for thousands of patients while leading multiple successful dental practices throughout his career. As a former multi practice owner with Aspen Dental, he gained extensive experience in clinical excellence, leadership, and patient care. Yet despite his accomplishments, the most meaningful lessons he learned had little to do with dentistry itself. They came from the people he served.
