About Dr. Michele Nguyen
Dr. Michele Nguyen is our Endodontist at
Coliseum Dental. She specializes in root canal infections, retreats, and root canal surgeries known as apicoectomies. With the advanced technology we have at Coliseum Dental, Dr. Nguyen utilizes in-office 3D imaging, known as Cone Beam technology, and magnification in order to practice modern endodontics. She has been practicing at Coliseum Dental since 2017.
Dr. Nguyen obtained her degree in Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) from LSU School of Dentistry in New Orleans, Louisiana. She completed a 2-year residency at New York-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital where she was Chief Resident and received advanced training in all aspects of general dentistry.
After practicing as a general dentist, Dr. Nguyen then decided to pursue specialty training in the field of Endodontics. She earned her Endodontics Certificate at NYU Langone Hospital, where she was also Chief Resident.
Dr. Nguyen is a member of the American Association of Endodontists, New York State Dental Society, Second District Dental Society, and the American Dental Association. She believes in continuing education to stay the most up to date in the field of Endodontics. Dr. Nguyen is an advocate of giving back to the community and has traveled to underdeveloped countries to provide dental care.

Dr. Nguyen is best Endodontist at Coliseum Dental. Dr. Nguyen was able to treat my root canal and not feel any pain. The whole process was very smooth are well explained. Highly recommend to anybody looking for root canal specialist!

Dr. Michele Nguyen performed a root canal for me, later Dr. Pauline Pham provided a crown for me. The entire staff at Coliseum Dental is top notch. I strongly recommend this GREAT Dental office. 5 star rating!!!! Absolutely superb and pain free!!!

Super helpful and friendly staff all around. Dr. Nguyen communicated the root canal process very clearly throughout, and answered my many questions patiently until I understood everything. The root canal process itself was not as scary or painful as I thought!

Dr. Nguyen is very caring and knowledgable. I’ve been going to Coliseum Dental for a while now and it is a really great place. They even have a second location on the Eastside (Murray Hill). I highly recommend Dr. Michele Nguyen, she took care of my root canal in a professional matter.
