Dr. Michelle A. Feintuch was born and raised in Great Neck, New York. Dr. Feintuch was a member of Phi Beta Kappa and Dean's list. She attended Columbia University School of Dental Medicine where she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree.
Upon graduation she received the Outstanding General Practitioner Award from the Academy of General Dentistry. After Dr. Feintuch was accepted to a post-graduate General Practice Residency program at North Shore-LIJ Hospital.
She is an active member of the Nassau County Dental Society, the NYS Dental Association and the American Dental Association. Dr. Feintuch is proficient in all phases of dentistry and especially enjoys root canal therapy. Continuing education is very important to Dr. Feintuch and she makes sure to keep up to date with all the newest modes of treatment.
Dr. Feintuch comes from a family of dentists. Dr. Feintuch’s husband, father, brother, brother-in-law and cousin are all practicing dentists. Dr. Feintuch is the proud mother of a 2 year old daughter. Dr. Feintuch is devoted to treating her patients to the best quality of care.

Dr. Stuart Feintuch practice is amazing! Professional, extremely efficient service, amazing staff! I had a terrible tooth ache which I visited an unnamed Dentist for the week before who said I had a cracked tooth, cleaned my teeth and sent me to an Endodontist. I went on Zoc Doc Wednesday at 9:00 pm and found an appoint with Dr. Stuart for the next day. At 9:30 pm I got a call from Joanna who followed with a text providing me the business card and website to fill out forms. What Dr. Office works this late? I submitted my forms and insurance info that evening. Received a phone call from Joanna at 8:00 am asking for another form. I got to my appointment 15 minutes early, I never even sat in their waiting room. I was immediately taken to the dental chair. Dr. Stuart and his assistants were friendly, funny, professional, amazing. An hour later I had my first Root Canal in 61 years. Needless to say, I’m changing dentist and making Dr. Stuart my primary dentist.

The woman at the front desk seemed annoyed with me not filling out my insurance prior to the appointment. I chose to do it there because usually that’s just easier. Also, there was a tiny statue/figurine of a person wearing black face on a shelf at the front desk. Didn’t think I’d see that, but I did.

Office visit was good. Staff was friendly. Clinic was clean. They contacted me about the appointment the morning of to get info and slightly change the time. They actually took me in early when I got there. I was mostly seen by the assistant, and then saw the dentist (a different one than I booked, but fine because they’re a family team) for about 5 minutes and he gave me a specialized mouthwash. I didn’t have any cavities or other problems. The hygienist, while thorough, was a bit rough with the cleaning. I felt like I was being punished a bit for not having been to a dentist in a long time. Overall, my teeth/gums were still in pretty good shape, considering. The localized gum pain that I initially went in for is starting to subside, so maybe that’s what was needed. It was overall a good visit though.

I came in for a cleaning and to discuss treatment for overcrowded teeth. The hygienist in Dr. Feintuch's office, Ronya, was tremendously thorough, knowledgable and friendly. She took X-rays, explained my situation to me with clarity, and gave me a referral for follow-up treatment with an orthodontist. Definitely will be coming back!

Excellent experience. Soon as I entered, was taken for X-rays, then waited about 20 minutes for the hygienist and doctor to work on me. They took extra measures to be sure I was comfortable with the pain and anxiety I was going through. I’m very grateful for the excellent care that I received.
