About Dr. Mina fawzy Kheir
Dr. Mina Kheir DDS, graduated from the prestigious New York University College of Dentistry with honors in Endodontics. He completed his general practice residency at Lincoln Medical Center an affiliate of Weil Cornell Medical College.
In 2020 following his residency, Dr. Mina began his career in NYC. While in Manhattan he advanced his skills in operative, periodontics, oral and maxillofacial surgery, orthodontics, endodontics, and prosthodontics with access to the latest advances in clinical technology.
Following his move to Miami, he has joined the Downtown Miami, Facial Dental Excellence office where he continues to provide his patients with exceptional care in all aspects of dentistry.

Site or provider needs to update their insurance information using zocdoc they’re suppose to take the insurance I had but stated it was out of network. On top of that I was asked to cancel the appointment through the application as if they couldn’t already to that in their system. It’s a waste of prep time anyways please do better with communication

Dr. Mina and the office staff were very friendly and attentive. After filling out my history form, I was immediately taken to the back to start. My cleaning was thorough and all future charges were printed out for me up front. Dr. Mina listened to all of my concerns and made sure that I understood the next steps. The office is very clean and well put. They don’t pressure you with add-ons or surprise you with charges.

I booked this appt for a cleaning and checkup, fully sure the doctor was in-network because that’s how he appeared on Zocdoc. Someone from the office txtd me for my insurance ID, which I sent, and nobody bothered to call & let me know he’s actually out of network, even though they knew I booked through Zocdoc and their info there was wrong. When I arrived, they pushed paperwork with another doctor’s name. When I questioned it, they insisted the doctor I was seeing was new and everything would be billed correctly. I signed because I had already taken time off work. I met with the doctor, and he seemed ok. But when they brought the treatment plan, suddenly he was out of network. They looked uncomfortable, avoided answering clearly, and acted like I was being difficult for asking basic questions. Their response was, “Zocdoc is wrong” Whether it’s negligence, incompetence, or intentional, it was a waste of time and money & I wouldn’t recommend this office at all.

I generally dread going to the dentist because I absolutely hate the traditional x-ray process with those uncomfortable films in your mouth. However, this practice uses modern digital scanning technology—no film required! It made the appointment so much more comfortable.
The hygienist was absolutely fantastic—professional, efficient, thorough, and surprisingly great at making conversation that actually helped me relax. The cleaning was quick but meticulous, and everything was kept neat and organized throughout.
The dentist was equally impressive, taking time to thoroughly examine everything and clearly explain their findings. When I brought up my concerns, they offered practical solutions with transparent pricing—no surprises or high-pressure sales tactics.
The combination of modern technology and genuinely caring staff made this one of the best dental experiences I've ever had. Highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for quality dental care with a patient-focused approach!

I have a huge fear of the dentist after a bad experience as a child, so I when I started experiencing wisdom tooth pain, I was very reluctant to make an appointment. Dr. Mina and everyone in the office were so kind and patient. They did a fantastic job with removing my wisdom tooth as well as filling a cavity and they were so reassuring and skilled. I felt no pain for either procedure and I feel so much better. I would absolutely recommend them and will be back

I rarely leave reviews but this was probably the best dentist appointment I've had! It was quick but attentive, the x-ray practice should be adopted everywhere (one longer much more comfortable x ray scan instead of a million small ones trying to hold a piece of plastic with your teeth!), and the cleaning felt thorough. They also have a ortho specialist that they bring ON SITE so if you need to get something like a wisdom tooth removal (like I do) you don't need to worry about getting referred elsewhere!

An amazing experience from beginning to end! Dr. Kheir is very knowledgeable and makes sure you understand every step by taking the time to explain everything. The office setting is modern and serene, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I couldn't fathom receiving my dental treatment anyplace else after feeling so well taken care of throughout my visit. Such genuine and excellent service is hard to find. This is the place to go if you want an excellent service!

I never thought I'd say this, but I actually look forward to my dentist visits now! Dr. Mina and the team here are so friendly and welcoming that it feels like I'm visiting friends instead of going for a check-up. The office is spotless, and the equipment is amazing.
