About Dr. Mina Girgis

Dr. Mina Girgis was born in Athens, Greece and moved to Lakewood, California when he was young. He grew up spending time with his family here in Bellflower, where he is still active in the community today. Inspired by the rewarding work of changing people’s lives one smile at a time, Dr. Girgis pursued his dental degree at Marquette University in Milwaukee. After finishing his DDS, he completed a general practice residency at The Ohio State University College of Dentistry, where he gained specialized knowledge in the aesthetic and surgical aspects of dentistry. Dr. Girgis wanted to start his own practice so he could develop great relationships with patients, and treat and make diagnoses that meet a higher standard of care. He spends time listening to his patient’s concerns and shares his expertise to encourage and equip each individual in his chair with honest guidance. Dr. Girgis makes dental anxiety a thing of the past and is honored to serve the community where he grew up. Outside the office, Dr. Girgis plays basketball in a weekly basketball league, enjoys traveling to different countries, and enjoys exploring the local food scene and trying new restaurants with his wife.
