About Dr. Minal Patel
Dr. Minal Patel is originally from New Jersey and has lived in Redwood City since 2012. She is dedicated to providing compassionate care and carrying on the tradition of excellent patient relations that was founded by Dr. Boyer.
Dr. Patel is a graduate of Rutgers Dental School (formerly the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey or UMDNJ). After completing dental school, she completed advanced training at a hospital based residency program to further her education in oral surgery and cosmetic dentistry. After her residency was completed, she worked in the operating room of Sutter Memorial Hospital to provide dental care for patients under general anesthesia. Following this work, she provided clinical and academic training to residents at Ravenswood Family Dentistry in East Palo Alto.
In her free time, she enjoys hiking, cooking, and sewing. She is looking forward to meeting all the patients in this practice and providing them with the best dental care possible!
