About Dr. Mohamed Mostafa
Dr. Mostafa graduated with high honors from Cairo University, earning his Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 2007. He then pursued a three-year orthodontic residency program at the University of California, Los Angeles, where he received his Master of Science degree in Oral Biology, as well as his Certificate in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics. Dr. Mostafa’s master’s thesis on accelerating tooth movement was presented at the IADR international conference in North Carolina in 2014.
After completing his orthodontic residency, Dr. Mostafa became a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics (A.B.O.). One of his cases was selected for presentation at the Board case display during the American Association of Orthodontics annual conference, demonstrating excellence in care and treatment. He is also an active member of the American Dental Association and the American Association of Orthodontics.
Dr. Mostafa is certified in various alternatives to traditional metal braces, including invisible (lingual) braces and Invisalign, which he utilizes to enhance his patients’ comfort and convenience while achieving beautiful, confident smiles.
In his free time, Dr. Mostafa enjoys CrossFit, chess, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Dr. Mostafa was very friendly and communicated my treatment very thoroughly. The staff were very nice and the office was quiet and clean.

My daughter had crooked teeth. We went to Dr Mohamed with her case which had some complications due to some issues with her molars. He thoroughly examined her and helped us in deciding how to approach her braces.
My daughter had been very happy with her progress. Looking forward to completing the treatment.
