The office staff was amazing as was the dentist! They called to get me in early because they knew I was in pain. The doctor explained what he was doing every step of the way.

I did NOT meet with the provider i booked my appointment with. I booked with an oral surgeon because i needed an oral surgeon. I met with a general dentist the day of my appointment and was given a referral to an oral surgeon that was NOT in network or covered by my insurance

For someone like me, going to the dentist is dreaded, prolonged and usually leads to me needing teeth pulled. Had to lose my two front teeth due to neglect. Staff were not judgemental or cold. In fact even though my fsa payment was declined, we were able to coordinate and arrange a payment until I was able to resolve the outside issue. Would reccomend 10/10

Not personable or nice. When the doctor walked in barley looked at my x rays and just looked where I told him. Only looked at my top teeth and then started taking his gloves off and I said I also had some pain on my bottom teeth. Looked and said oh yeah probably need a filling down there too. Just not a great experience and didn’t schedule another appointment here.

I’m new the the area and scheduled a cleaning with Dr. Morteza.
When I arrived they checked me in for a cleaning and then informed me they may not clean my teeth today… the lady checking me in suggested we get regular X-rays first and that the X-rays would determine if I got a regular cleaning.
While I was interested in the regular X-rays, which we all know are part of a persons yearly maintenance, nothing on an x-ray would prevent a cleaning. The desk lady wasn’t able to explain what on an x-ray would prevent cleaning as well, however she said she wouldn’t NOT guarantee I got my teeth cleaning at my cleaning appointment.
Additionally, she said she confirmed this with my “dentist” who wasn’t Dr.M… it seems like they are untrained and unorganized. I would be disappointed to not be treated by the doctor I selected.
Even more, I was disappointed I couldn’t get my teeth cleaned today at my appointment for cleaning.

Conversation was about advanced care that would cost thousands...crowns, etc.. Come on, I'm 80! I have my own teeth and i take care of them but the co-pays were a lot and Social Security isn't plush living. I went in for a tooth cleaning but unless I got periodontal cleaning they wouldn't do anything. X-rays got done though.
