About Dr. Mougeh Nazmi Ansari
Since 2016, Dr Nazmi has been practicing general dentistry with a focus on family, cosmetic and reconstructive dentistry. She completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) at the University of Maryland Dental School in Baltimore. Dr. Nazmi completed one year of General Practice Residency (GPR) at the Veterans Affairs (VA) Hospital in Baltimore with the honor of serving our nation’s veterans.
Aside from dentistry, Dr. Nazmi is passionate about mindfulness, meditation, and psychology. While focusing on treating her patients, she promotes holistic approach to self-care and wellbeing. When not in the office, she spends most of her time with her family. She loves being in nature, traveling, practicing meditation, self-care, and mindfulness.

I would not recommend this dentist to anyone with anxiety over dental procedures or any neurodivergence. I am an autistic adult with severe dentist anxiety and I walked out genuinely traumatized, shaking, hyperventilating, and in tears. A basic cleaning was extremely painful and the dentist was very rough. She was also very judgmental about my teeth, which is something I am tired of having to deal with as someone with sensory issues regarding teeth brushing, flossing, and mouthwash. Do not expect any understanding or empathy from this dentist as I certainly didn’t receive any.
The only positive is the man who brought me back and did my x-rays. He was kind and gentle with me, in stark contrast to Dr. Nazmi.
I will be looking elsewhere for dental care and I suggest anyone with any neurodivergence do the same.

I recommend this dental practice to everyone! Dr Nazmi specially was great! I have never had the experience of a dentist explaining everything in so much detail. She took many pictures from my teeth and in the process of my dental work explained them in details. Her diagnosis is on point and she is super fast but also meticulous. It was the easiest and most painless dental procedure I have ever had!

The front desk staff and dental techs were extremely nice. However the treatment I received from Dr. MOUGEH NAZMI was unprofessional and upsetting.

I had an absolutely fantastic visit at this office. I was seen right away, and both the doctor and hygienist were kind, professional, and incredibly gentle. The receptionosts were also very professional and helpful. 10/10, I can't see myself going anywhere else.
