After receiving her undergraduate degree, she went on to attend the University of Maryland, School of Dentistry. After dental school, Dr. Carter advanced her training in general dentistry at a general practice residency program at Wellspan York Hospital in York, PA. During her time here, she was also able to provide treatment to medically and dentally complex patients in a hospital setting. Dr. Carter is a Brunswick, MD native and is excited to provide patients with exceptional care. Outside of the office, Dr. Carter enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She is a passionate traveler who loves exploring new places. She also enjoys indoor cycling and is always cheering on the Maryland Terrapins.
