Dr. Lerch is our board-accredited cosmetic dentist as well as the owner of the Center for Esthetic Dentistry in New Haven, CT. She takes great pride in helping patients transform their smiles into beautiful works of art. She has decades of dental experience and can help patients achieve beautiful smiles that are also healthy and functional. She has wanted to work in the field of dentistry for as long as she can remember. Even as a child, she was told she would be a great hygienist. At 17, her mentor, Dr. Baird Barterson, recognized her passion and suggested that she become a dentist instead of a hygienist. In college, she was working towards dental school and she started doing pottery. She loved working with her hands and developing herself as an artist. This propelled her into the art of cosmetic dentistry, where she could combine both passions to create stunning smiles that changed people's lives.
