I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Nataliya Donskaya and her staff. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed into such a warm and friendly atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. Dr. Donskaya was attentive, professional, and genuinely caring, while her team went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Firstly! I LOVED! the office called to confirm the appointment.
Office was SUPER friendly! And welcoming. I immediately felt comfortable.
Nataliya is nice, professional and for sure very efficient. She knew exactly what was needed to be done. Any questions I had she was honest, helpful and lastly understanding.
Personally it is not easy to ask questions without sounding silly or oblivious however that was not the case at this location. They were all very polite and patient. I am very thankfully I found this location. I look forward to FINALLY beginning my journey on improving my teeth for a healthier future.

The appointment was made with Zocdoc, but just afew minutes later, I received a call fro the Doctors office telling me that the Doctor is NOT accepting my insurance any more. Obiously Zocdoc ignored that.
Now I'm trying to make an appointment with another Dentist but Zocdoc is still asking me how was my appointment with that Doctor......they shoul pay more attention and update with the doctors.

Took an x-ray of every tooth which I have never experienced. Also cleaning was done very quickly (approx 7 mins) including the polishing. Did inform me of corrective work that I needed to be done but got the feeling that the cleaning was the ruse to get me in the door only to up-sell me. Could be wrong about that but that’s the vibe I got due to the quick cleaning I received. My wife also went on the same day and had the same experience with the cleaning.

I made the appointment on Sunday and was seen by the doctor the next day. The receptionist was incredibly helpful. I am from the UK and not covered by insurance, and they were helpful in that they told me exact costings and were able to start treatment immediately.
