He then completed a hospital residency program, which offered him advanced training in a multidisciplinary setting and the opportunity to treat medically compromised patients. After working in private practice for 2 years, he traveled to Western Canada with his family to specialize at the University of Alberta in the field of orthodontics, the discipline of dentistry he found most intellectually stimulating and that he was most passionate about. Dr. Light now lives in Teaneck, NJ with his wife and children. Dr. Light is a very personable practitioner who is careful to clearly communicate your orthodontic treatment goals, as complex as they may be, in an understandable and relatable manner. Dr. Light makes it a point to inject humor into his encounters with patients, families, and his supporting staff. As an orthodontist, his goal is to help your smile, with a guarantee to make you laugh. When he takes off his orthodontist cape, Dr. Light likes to spend quality time with his family. Otherwise, you will find him reading a book, playing chess, writing and playing music, or creating funny videos.
