“I was having a lot of gum pain I went to urgent care and was told they are referring me to a periodontis. I went on zoc doc and I found Dr. Neal Vallin was the only doctor that was in network with my dental insurance. I was so pleased to get an appointment the next day. Excellent staff when I arrived. Staff carefully explained what I needed to enter on form provided. The persin who did X-Rays was very careful and professional. She made sure I was comfortable and that each X-Ray was perfect. Doctor Vallin was very accommodating. He understood my concerns. He was very clear and detailed in his assessment of my needs. I was very happy to discuss our similarities and backgrounds. Overall top notch periodontal care. Follow up next week.

Dr. Vallins was so kind and reassuring. I needed surgery and was not expecting that. I was scared but he made me feel safe and he did a great job. I hate needles and he was very good and I had very little pain once he started. The office staff was friendly and so helpful. I would highly recommend him and his office and will be going back for all my periodontal work.

first of all, I wanted 50 minutes from my appointment.
the receptionist never said sorry about that, very rude.
after my treatment, the price was a lot more than the receptionist told me ( I am a cash paying patient) ,,when I confronted to dr. V..
he didn't explained ( he couldn't m he was ripping me off ), he kept telling me to call all others in Manhattan, their price is a lot more,,
I ended up paying more than I am supposed to, and wasted an hour in the waiting room with a rude receptionist.
I highly recommend another doctor to everyone.

Came here for Botox. I've had Botox several times before so I know what the results should be. Minimal to no results from the Botox injected here. Also, Vallins injected the Botox into different areas than I usually get for the same issue. Probably 5 previous doctors have seen me for the same issue but injected in a totally different place. Also, his front desk staff SUCK.

Dr. Vallins was an experienced dentist who performed surgery on me for a dental implant. I hate surgery and even though this was somewhat unpleasant, Dr. Vallins and his assistant were very accommodating, gave me the gas I needed, numbed me up good, and took care of business. He's been great with the weekly follow ups to make sure everything is healing well (and it is). I would definitely highly recommend him.

I recently had a very bad experience with another dentist before I came to see him and based on his reviews I made an appointment. He was very helpful and addressed all of my concerns in detail. I also liked the fact that he took an x-ray just to make sure everything was okay. I will definitely be going back for a follow up.
