Took them an hour to process my paper. I have a very normal insurance. They also said i needed to pay in advance for xray. I ended up leaving because of delay and money thing that was unclear.

This was my first visit to Dr Chiru’s office. The office was in a great location with easy parking. The office was very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I didn’t have to wait long before I saw Dr Chiru. She was friendly and her examination of my problem area was both thorough and gentle. When I left, I felt satisfied we came up with a good plan of action for my problem. I would 100% recommend her to my loved ones.

On 12/13/2017 I had an appointment with Dr Chiru. I explained to her and her assistant Stoney, that I get anxiety during simple procedures. They both assured me that everything will be fine. They gave me time to breathe because I was very nervous. I could go on and on with all what I did but I don’t need anyone laughing at me. I finally gave in allowed them to do their work. I kid you not... within 4 minutes the tooth was out. The only pain I felt was the initial shot to numb the mouth. When I came outside the receptionist went ahead and set up a follow up appointment. I was still in shock. They are AWESOME!!!! If you are anything like me please go to them. I drove out my way because of the wonderful reviews and I’m happy to say they were very true.

Receptionist or scheduler was rude to begin with. Arrived at appointment for cleaning and first person told me they couldnt get in to access the forms that I had completed through Zocdoc, and asked me to refill out forms I had already completed. Then told me hygienist wasn't in the office today after I was scheduled and I PERSONALLY called the office on yesterday to confirm my appointment. Made an appointment but not sure I will be going back.. its been a problem with this office since scheduling, one thing after another and this was the last straw for me.

Dr. Chiru was very professional and made me feel very at ease. I told her my goals and she was very understanding. She assisted me with creating a dental plan to help me get my oral health where it needs to be! I also has a root canal and it was surprisingly pan free! I've heard so many horror stories about that procedure, so at first I was actually quite nervous. However, I was pleasantly surprised! I will definitely be going back!!!

Excellent service, highly recommended.
I hadn't been to the dentist in a while and was nervous about my cleaning. Staff were reassuring, gentle, and helpful.
Had a cavity filled painlessly and quickly.
Went out of their way to schedule me in time for insurance deadlines.
