Many dentistry offices like use the word “Family” in their business names. They may treat you nice and cordial, but the environment is cold and mechanical. Plus, they have several dentists who will follow up on a dental procedure instead of following up on you as a unique person with sincere care for your well-being and dental health. However, when you go to Dr. Ping Hai the treatment is totally the opposite. They truly hold up to their business name which includes the word “Family”. Their welcoming, and honesty are superb! Their personal treatment and attention to detail are amazing. Dr. Ping is professional and remembers you. She sits with you to set a personal dental plan just for you. Dr. Ping is passionate about her profession and she even teaches you how everything works. I want to give special thanks to Michanne, who is the soul of the office. She will make sure everything goes smoothly with your insurance. And finally, thanks to Dalapo, for her professionalism, knowledge and kindness. Dr Akbar and her staff were extremely kind and comforting. Always focused on her patients. I must say, Daphne hardly left my side. I was scared before walking in, She and Dr Akbar explained everything in full detail; took me step by step through what to expect and calmed me right down. If it wasn't for Daphne, I'm not sure I could have stayed to have all the work I needed done that day. Thank You So Much Daphne!! Procrastination is awful when it comes to your oral health. I think it was the best dentist visit I've ever had! I called the office in excruciating pain from a wisdom tooth that needed to be pulled and they scheduled me right away. Once I arrived, I was seen almost immediately, without any wait time. The staff and Dr. Zelby are amazing and very friendly, professional and informative. They reviewed the issue and explained my options, to ensure I understood. Once he numbed my mouth, he had the tooth out in literally a minute or two and I never felt a thing! I also barely had any recovery time and was not even sore after the procedure, like I had been when visiting other dentists! He also even informed me, that I had an additional cavity I would need to take care of. As a person who normally dreads the doctors or dentist, I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Zelby to anyone!
