About Dr. Nicole Lam
Dr. Nicole Lam was born and raised in Queens, and stayed in New York for her bachelor’s degree in economics at Barnard College. She went onto complete a post-baccalaureate program at CUNY Hunter College. She completed her dental education and training at the prestigious University of Pennsylvania, where she received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. She returned to New York to complete a general practice residency at the Brooklyn Hospital Center. She spent this year working on cosmetic cases, root canal therapy, advanced perio treatment, and removable prosthetics.
Dr. Lam believes in keeping her patients at the forefront of their treatment. She is meticulous by nature, as she formulates optimal treatment plans for her patients. Dedicated to a practice of only the highest quality, Dr. Lam follows a holistic and ethical approach to dentistry. When she is not working, Dr. Lam values time with her family and friends, doing yoga, and traveling the world.

The dentist appointment was super straight forward, walked in and they had my forms that I filled out. I was seen within 5 minutes of walking in. The first person that did the cleaning was kind, gentle and sweet. They didn't try to sell me on anything and the dentist herself was very knowledgeable and kind.

I had a lovely appointment with Dr. Lam after not having seen a dentist for a few years. I was nervous about getting a cleaning but the hygienist who saw me (I think her name was Yenni) was so kind and very funny and put me at ease. Both Dr. Lam and the hygienist gave me helpful information and took their time to hear any questions I had without any rush. Really appreciated everyone’s care and good nature. Booked my next appointment and will be coming back!

Great experience. I went in for a x-ray and cleanup. Everyone was friendly and the doctor was very helpful. She spoke to me in a way i could tell she cared. She also made me feel very comfortable with the next steps for a deep cleaning.
She walked me through my care plan in a way that I could understand. The hygienist did a great job explaining next steps after my cleaning and my teeth looked so good. Can’t wait for my deep cleaning next.

Fast and efficient, couldn’t be happier with the front desk and tech who took my x-rays. Dr. Lam made me feel comfortable and made me feel at ease being there after an overdue visit. Compared to dentist appointments I’ve had in the past this has been the best experience I’ve had.
Definitely recommend her !

Dr. Lam and the office staff were great. Prior to Dr. Lam, I have seen other dentists in the area and have had difficulty finding someone trustworthy. I was skeptical at first but the office staff was efficient. They contacted me prior to my appt to confirm, and inquired if I wanted to come in earlier (reassuring me that if I was unable too, I would be seen at my initial scheduled time). Dr. Lam was comprehensive, and explained everything really well. Dr. Lam performed my cleaning and sat with me after to discuss next steps. I did not get the vibe that she was just trying to get me to spend more for services, rather that she actually cared about my health as a whole person. She was also very personable and not robotic, which was refreshing. Definitely recommend if anyone is in the area!
