About Dr. Nikki Sekhon

My love and interest in dentistry began a long time ago. At age eight, I remember watching my aunt, who was a dentist, take care of her patients. It was amazing to see how her warmth and kindness made it possible for her to take care of all their dental concerns in a comfortable and relaxed manner. I decided right then, I wanted to have a similar connection and profession. Fast forward 15 years to 1998 when I graduated from dental school on the Dean’s List. After living in St. Louis for a year, I decided to move to California where I fell in love with the smaller city feel of Sacramento and its beautiful surroundings. I have been in practice since 2000 and can easily say the years have been full of some very rewarding personal interactions with patients, the team, and my fellow dentists. These are friendships I will cherish for a lifetime and I feel fortunate to have been mentored by the best of the best. After 20+ years of taking care of patients, what I most appreciate is having a trusting relationship and partnership with them. Dentistry also allows me to use my skills to give back to the Greater Sacramento community and beyond. When it comes to your smile and dental care, my goal has always been to provide the highest quality experience to my patients in a comfortable, friendly, family-oriented atmosphere. From a treatment perspective, my dentistry has evolved over the years to incorporate health, prevention, and cosmetics. I have spent thousands of hours in the pursuit of expanding my knowledge in my profession and am proud to serve the communities of the Greater Sacramento region as a dentist who focuses on comprehensive dentistry, patient comfort, beautiful results, total health, and maintaining a technological edge. As a result, it has been my pleasure to consistently be voted one of the Top Dentists in Sacramento by my peers.
