Routine cleaning took an hour and a half. Pricing for some services were higher than what i’ve previously paid with the same insurance at other dentist offices.

Took over an hour to be seen by the assistant for X-rays. X-rays took over 20 minutes to complete. No a/c in the office and I didn’t even refer to see the provider. I was there so long that I couldn’t get done what I went for. No cleaning and no fill.
