First time at Dental Concepts and I have to say this has been a good and easy
processes in switching over. Every step has been explained and the staff is very
friendly. Definitely one of the best experiences I've had at a Dental office. Excited to
be a new patient here.

As someone who is not a fan of the dentist, I cannot recommend this place enough.
Even before I stepped foot in the office, they assured me Id be in good hands - and I
definitely was. Every staff member Ive encountered has been so nice and made
sure I was 100% comfortable with the procedure before starting. They also checked
in with me a bunch of times throughout the initial exam and the cleaning.

compassionate. They took the time to explain every procedure thoroughly, and
always made sure that I was comfortable.

Had double extraction yesterday and Dr. Nirav Patel and the whole staff were very
professional, they were able to work around my anxiety bu providing me with a pair
of glasses that projected a movie from my phone. I would say they really care about
their patients.

Dr. Patel did a great job of explaining everything during my exam. This office has
great service all around, with caring and friendly staff, high tech equipment, and a
refreshing hot towel service at the end of the appointment.
