My appointment was at 4:15 I arrived 5 minutes late I received two text messages confirming my appointment being at 4:15.To my surprise when I got there they informed me that my appointment was at 4,I showed the front desk receptionist a male who was very short with me the text messages confirming my 4:15 appointment.He stated to me abruptly that they never have 4:15 appointments but that’s not true how would I have been able to schedule one?There were absolutely no accommodations,mess ups happens all the time I just wish I was treated a little gentler by this large man sitting at the front desk..I assumed because it was a nice day the hygienist wanted to leave early.My plan was to have my daughter start going to this office as well as I was interested in cosmetic dental.Guess I won’t be going back there to deal with the grumpy large man at the front desk.
