About Dr. Olga Baczara

Dr. Baczara opened her Crofton practice in 2003 with the goal of providing high quality dental care in a personalized, relationship based atmosphere. She believes that quality and meticulous work is important in dentistry, but it does not end there. Making her guests feel comfortable and relaxed, educating and offering choices about their health, answering questions and spending time building a relationship are very important part of her service. Her patients become her friends.
Dr Baczara studied at Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Education, Spear Academy, Dawson Academy where she learned new techniques in cosmetic and restorative dentistry used by only a small percentage of dentists in the country who are making extraordinary strides toward providing patients with comprehensive dental care.

My visit with Dr. Baczara was excellent. The staff was super friendly and professional. Dr. Baczara was superb. She actively listened to my concerns and made sure I was thoroughly informed throughout my visit. She also has excellent bedside manner, second-to-none. I look forward to visiting her again and would recommend her to anyone. The office space is also beautiful and very modern with state of the art equipment.

I was extremely happy with the thoroughness the was used during my initial consultation. The Dr. took time with me and explained what my treatment options are going forward. She also took the time to discuss/diagnose a potential jaw misalignment that might be causing some pain. I was blown away by the cleanliness and professionalism of her office and staff. She has the goods to back up the "Fine" in Fine Dentistry. Unmatched in service and skills. I wouldn't hesitate to take anyone I know to see Dr. Baczara.

My original introduction to Dr. Baczara was through my son. I went with him on all of his visits and listened to all of the work that he needed. Dr. Baczara was always so kind and caring with him. When I saw the final results and the difference in how much more he smiled, of course, that’s when I knew I was switching dentists!
Every time I have an appointment, I am greeted by a warm and friendly staff. Everyone there makes me feel like I am part of the family.
After taking X-rays and pictures I was very surprised to see the items that Dr. Baczara was able to show me that other dentists never have. I look forward to my relationship with her and can’t wait to see the end results,

I adore Dr. Baczara. She is the first dentist in 27 years that hasn't made me feel like I am at the dentist. She extremely educational in all your treatment options and you can tell she wants the best for you.

Dr. Baczara, her assistant, hygenist, and receptionist were exceptionally professional and kind, and most importantly the dental work and cleaning were incredible. Dr. Baczara did work on my front teeth which had old pitted and stained fillings - it really looked bad. I was able to book a next-day appointment for consultation, fixing those fillings, and a cleaning - and I walked out just a couple hours later with a perfect smile.

What an amazing experience. Not only the office like a "spa" but the level of service and PERSONAL attention is way above the norm!
I have always had issues with my teeth and gums. Even though I always had good oral hygiene practices.
After my first visit, Dr. Baczara explained the reason I was having my problems were because of a malocclusion. This is where your bite is not in alignment. The answer was braces and then some restorative work because my teeth had been worn down due to my bite. this wasn't exactly in my plan. But I went with her professional treatment plan and now two years later, I have an amazing smile!
The problems I had before, and things of the past. My profession has me in the public eye daily, and I constantly receive compliments on my smile now.....Thank you Dr. Baczara.
I even have 3 of my clients see Dr. Baczara due to my recommendations. They love her as well!
