Dr. Malkin received her dental degree from the University of Pittsburgh, and then completed a 3 year post-doctorate education in Prosthodontics at the West Los Angeles (UCLA affiliated) VA Hospital. She was trained in surgical implant placement as part of her post-doctorate training.
Dr. Olga Malkin is a prosthodontist. She is a dental specialist in advanced restorative and implant dentistry. After finishing dental school, she received a 3 year post-graduate training in comprehensive advanced restorative dentistry. This training enables her to treat complex restorative cases including full mouth cosmetic rehabilitation, implant restorations, and denture conversion to implant restorations in one appointment. From general dentistry and thin porcelain veneers to full-mouth restorations, Dr. Malkin is able to care for all your dental needs. Her concentration on comprehensive approach to patients’ oral health allows her to coordinate complex treatments where multiple dental specialists need to be involved.
Dr. Malkin stays current with the latest developments in dentistry by attending continuing education courses and conferences. She is certified to perform procedures using a soft tissue laser.
Dr. Malkin has taught part-time at UCLA. She also presented on topics of implant dentistry to local study club and dental residents. Dr. Malkin was featured on NBC news and THE DOCTORS show on CBS performing a smile rejuvenation procedure utilizing dental implants and all porcelain crowns/veneers.

The office was beautiful and absolutely spotless. Staff people were personable and attentive. Dr. Malkin gave clear explanations, offered options and answered all questions. I made this appointment a massage both in advance. They called me to confirm and I did the same as well after all it was a month ahead. I asked them specifically to confirm my insurance and make sure everything is ready to go when I come in they did do that but after my visit the woman at the front desk pulled me aside and told me they were out of network which they did say they were in network when I asked and also checked On Zocdoc with that being said I will never recommend anyone to this practice. Oh! Also the dental assistant was very sweet the doctor however didn’t seem like she was a professional.

I saw Dr. Malkin for around 2 years while I worked near Tribeca and she was hands down the best dentist I've ever had. I've never been a fan of visiting the dentist and have had some negative past experiences with them but Dr. Malkin put me immediately at ease. Her method for numbing was completely painless for me and I never had any issues with the dental work I received there. I would have been a forever client if I still lived in NYC.

Dr. Malkin is a perfectionist. I had 2 artificial teeth made by her a while ago and I don´t even remember now which teeth are those because they look and feel like my natural teeth. Highly recommend!

All woman office- incredibly clean ( the cleanest office I have ever been in) and the staff was very accommodating. I get nervous hearing my teeth being drilled and an assistant offered me headphones so I could listen to my own music during the procedure. Very thoughtful!

I really liked the facility, which is very modern and colorful. Dr. Malkin was great and the staff are very friendly. Dr. Malkin was professional yet not distant. This is the first crown I had made by a dentist other than the one I have been using for over 30 years. As the local anesthetic has worn off, I have no pain or discomfort and the occlusion is great. I can only recommend her highly.
