As someone with a ridiculous (read: will cry) fear of going to the dentist, Dr. Nord and his assistant kept me relatively calm. They were absolutely wonderful in understanding my fears and told me what they were doing step by step so I knew what would happen beforehand. The dental assistant (whose name I unfortunately didn’t think to ask as I was in a near constant state of fear) was so sweet and kept soothing me. Cannot thank them enough for this! Dr. Nord was very thorough in relaying his information, would ask if I had any questions multiple times, and even walked me out to the front desk to relay the next steps with Tanya, the receptionist. Highly recommended!
