“I had a great experience at true dental. Although I wasn’t seen by the doctor I booked with, the dentist I saw was also very friendly and nice. I like that they’re not pushy about treatments and discuss options. The office itself is very nice- cozy, there’s screens in the ceiling to watch tv during cleanings. Front desk staff is very nice and my dental hygienist was also very accommodating of my schedule and friendly. I already recommended this place to friends that live in the area. I also like that you can have all your services done at the same place (i.e. if you need root canal etc). ”

“I went to see this Doctor due to severe dental pain, as soon as I arrived, the staff already assisted me with care during Xray and scan. The office is so nice and clean, the staff are so professional and Dr. Pan is extremely nice and gentle during the tooth extraction. I didn't expect the procedure to be so quickly and even my insurance will not cover it, I will still come back to this office. The staff look so happy with their jobs and you don't really see that often in medical field. ”

This place is just a total rip off the quote. They gave me for a crown with the significantly higher than even offices in New York City and when they ran my insurance, the price went up.

The appointment on Zocdoc was scheduled for 10:30 AM, and I arrived on time. I was informed that the dentist I was gonna see was out of the office, which was not communicated beforehand. What made it even worse was that I was told my appointment in their system was 12:30 PM - very disappointing experience.

Francesca is the best! I was nervous to come to the dentist and this anxiety has kept me from getting care for a long time. She was so friendly and explained every single step along the way to get my appointment going. She worked to keep me as comfortable as possible and I appreciated it so much.
Maria at the front desk was also amazing, she helped me book my next appointments for treatments, worked with me to set up a payment plan and answered all my questions.

I love true dental care! I feel so relaxed everytime I go to the dentist, the team is welcoming and friendly, the doctors are amazing, specially Dr Olivia. She made my visit 10 times better, so kind, patient and caring. I'm happy I don't have to worry of going to the dentist any more.

The best office I have been so far. I dare to say, this is now my forever dentist. The staff in the front were so welcoming and made me feel comfortable. Dr Olivia answered all my questions and I couldnt thank her enough. Once my visit was done. there was another staff member who helped me set up a payment plan for my root canal. They are so helpful.
