“The doctor and hygienist were thorough and helpful. The receptionists on the other hand were a little unprofessional in my opinion. It was clear they wanted to push my appointment up, I was the last patient seen at 4pm, because they called me several times beforehand. They did not leave a message so I did not respond to the call. When I did call back the response was, “we’ve been trying to reach you all day!” Maybe an hour before my appointment I was asked if I could come in at 3. Mind you, it was already close to 3 and I stayed many times during the call that I was at work. Despite all of that, I felt taken care of by the provider and I will be returning.”

Everyone in the office is very friendly. I did not have to wait long to be seen. Dr. J introduced herself and assured me that everything would be fine. She gave me breaks and provided me with comfort items, such as a stress ball.

Dr. J was able to figure out why I've been experiencing pain. The girls up front went over my insurance with me and Dr. J treated my issue the same day! I'll be back next week for my cleaning!

Dr. J. is very knowledgeable and has excellent bedside manner with patients. She is also very thorough with patient exams and procedures. She's very friendly with people around the office.
