Dr. Basseri was awesome. I was incredibly nervous about the dental procedure and embarrassed for putting it off. He put me at ease immediately. I had to have a tooth extracted and it went very smoothly under his care. His assistant was also very kind, capable, and attentive. They gave me excellent after care instructions and a path forward for general dental care. I am so happy I found this practice and Dr. Basseri!

I had a dental emergency on Saturday night and was looking for an opening as soon as possible to get it fixed. Thankfully SmileLab had openings and was able to fix my issue the same day. They talked me through the options and payment details before I made a decision. Also got to watch Netflix during my treatment which was nice.

I was asked if I wanted a "deep cleaning" aka Periodontal scaling and root planing and after I expressed that I would pass they wouldn't proceed with the scheduled regular cleaning that I came in for and is covered by my insurance in full. The deep cleaning would be outrageously expensive and the treatment plan included items on it that other dentists would include for free or would have much lower rates. Honestly a ridiculous experience. Would avoid unless you have extra cash to burn

Excellent experience at the Smile Lab. No wait time, I was seen before the appointment time even. I was unsure of the exact nature of my issue, and Dr. Basseri was able to efficiently identify it and explain/show it to me, and lay out a clear plan on how to tackle it.

I was in severe pain due to a cavity that was growing for years but I did not prioritize treatment...fortunately Dr. Basseri's team got me right in and he saved my tooth from a root canal! We spoke about other needs my oral health requires, where I am now motivated to be a long-term patient of Smilelab

Came to the office with extreme pain. Dr. Basseri did the root canal on my tooth the same day. Its been 1 week so far and all the pain is gone. I cant wait to go back and do my crown.
