About Dr. Patrick Rowan

For Self Pay Patients: we work with some PPO plans! Dr. Rowan is a true-to-form general dentist who excels in performing a range of dental treatments, from routine exams and restorations to complex extractions and root canals. With a collaborative approach, he has great passion for educating his patients on their oral health, allowing for patients to make calculated and informed decisions about their health and treatment. Dr. Rowan believes firmly that the best treatment outcomes occur when there is trust between the doctor and the patient, and he will work with you to ensure that trust is established and that all questions are answered. You can expect compassionate and detailed care when you’re in his chair. Dr. Rowan joined New Windsor Dental Wellness in January of 2025, and is a general dentist specializing in providing excellent comprehensive care. He graduated from NYU College of Dentistry with a Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree in 2023 after previously working in a busy, high-end dental practice in Midtown NYC for two years with extensive mentorship and experiences. Following graduation, Dr. Rowan completed a one-year general practice residency at New York Medical College, gaining valuable experience and providing care to underserved populations in Westchester County, New York. He is a current ADA member and stays up to date on the latest advancements in the dental field. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Rowan is an animal and nature lover who likes to spend time outside. He enjoys hiking and playing disc golf in his free time, and loves catching up on his latest tv shows at night with his wife and two cats. He also loves watching sports, especially soccer and football (feel free to spark up a chat with me when you’re in my chair!)
