Dr. Peggy and her entire team gave me the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I had heard amazing things about her practice, and now I completely understand why. The receptionist welcomed me warmly and explained everything clearly. The young man who did my x-rays was patient and gentle, making the process simple&comfortable. The dental assistants were thorough and compassionate, treating me with real care. The office manager helped with everything behind the scenes and made it all feel smooth and stress-free. Dr. Peggy herself is everything you’d hope for in a dentist—knowledgeable, friendly, attentive, and so easy to talk to. She made me feel understood and valued, not rushed or just another patient. I’m recommending this office to everyone & I’m even switching my family to this practice. In today’s world, finding an office where every single person is this great is BEYOND rare. If you’re thinking about booking an appointment, don’t hesitate. You won’t be disappointed.

The team at dr Peggy’s dental was absolutely amazing. This is coming from a person who was very reluctant to go see a dentist after their last visit to another provider around Oceanside. Both empathetic and firm, giving clear explanations, showing you the areas that need work on a big screen TV. Great job!

I would never go back. Tried to look in my son's mouth when he was standing in the hall walking back to his room. Talked to staff instead of us. Very flighty. Contradicts herself in her flightiness. Never came in our room. Everything in hall instead of letting him finish walking to his room. He needs sedation and was going to send him somewhere else until she found out we could pay for it then told her staff to schedule the sedation, when I said I wanted to discuss the bill she told staff to do the cleaning then! Which staff could not because he needs sedation.

It was my first time going to the dentist in a long while and I had been dreading it. No staff made me feel bad about my teeth and they were all very nice, efficient and seemed to be working like a well oiled machine. The receptionist ladies were also very kind and welcoming. I appreciate how quick they worked both the hygienist and the dentist and at no time was I waiting for more than a few minutes.

I love going to the dentist, but not this one. This was the first time I have left a dentist's office upset. First, she was so rough when cleaning my teeth; I mean it hurt AND she didn't even floss them. I have sensitive teeth, but I have never had a dentist nor hygienist that wasn't able to clean them calmly & without a lot pain.
It may be related to the fact that she asked me almost 0 questions, didn't listen (hit my sensitive spot w/cleaning tool immediately after I voiced having sensitive teeth + suggested a mouth guard without asking if I had one - and then disregarded my response saying I had one and asked her front desk to get me one), and she didn't review my teeth with me (no feedback on the x-rays taken + no trying to count which teeth are sensitive to understand my issue).
On top of this, she also screamed for her dental assistants. It was so disrespectful.
Overall Dr. Peggy lacked empathy and compassion both for me as her patient and her dental assistant staff.

The front desk lady is so nice & friendly. She’s awesome & even offered me their dental credit so I can use for my teeth. The restroom was so clean & nice. Dr Peggy is so nice & beautiful. She explained everything very well regarding my situation with my teeth.

Dr. Ram and her staff were absolutely awesome. Unbeknownst to me I needed some extensive work and ended up spending almost half the day in her office. This was a last minute appointment and the staff went out of their way to make me comfortable through a series of pretty intense procedures. Definitely recommend this doctor!
