About Dr. Peter H. Pham
Dr. Pham works at Meridien Dental treating patients in Santa Monica, CA and the surrounding communities. Dr. Pham pursued his doctoral dental degree at UCLA School of Dentistry.
The goal as a practitioner is to ensure that each of his patients receives the highest quality dental care available. Dr. Pham is a member of professional organizations including the California Dental Association, the American Dental Association, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.

Dr. Pham outlined treatment options that two prior dentists indicated could not be corrected. We agreed on the treatment and he was meticulous. So happy with the result! He listens, is focused on the experience as well as the outcome, and takes the time to get it right. Impressed with how he treats his staff - humble, patient, and teaches them which creates cabability and confidence in his team. Highly endorse Dr. Pham!

Dr. Pham is excellent as is his entire staff! Before the appoint, his team called with a reminder not only about the time of the appointment, but the COVID guidelines, insurance information, co-pay information, etc. In all of the time I've been going to Dr. Pham, I've only waited (at most!) eight minutes to be seen, and that's just because he's had so many people come back now that more people are feeling comfortable going back to the dentist again. Dr. Pham is great at explaining any issues as well as the various steps he takes during treatment. He's also good at letting you know how much time you have left in the chair if you're having a cavity or two taken care of. I'd highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new dentist!

The entire Staff @ Dr. Phams office is lovely! From making sure that you're comfortable w/ covid precautions to ensuring you're at ease during the appointment, everyone was wonderful. I appreciate Dr. Phams willingnes to explain procedures to me in detail & make sure I understood my care plan. Excellent experience & would recommend to anyone searching for a new dentist!

Dr. Peter was kind and patient as I was dealing with jaw pain. Due to swelling issues, I had to schedule a follow-up appointment and he took the time to check-in with me between appoints. The office is extremely clean and the staff overall are very helpful.

The entire staff was friendly, kind, and polite! I liked that I was asked why I didn't like going to the dentist- it showed they wanted to make my visit comfortable and personable. I also really enjoyed the treatment plan which was individualized to my specific needs and with expected pricing for each visit/item needed. I was not pressured to make any decisions on the spot or to even make a follow-up visit, but I will definitely be going back here and letting all my friends and family know about Meridien Dental.

I hadn't been to the dentist in an embarrassingly long time, and finally decided to make an appointment - and I am SO GLAD I did. I initially visited another dentist, which was not a great experience, but I decided to go to Dr. Pham for a second opinion. From the time I walked in the office, I felt comfortable and relaxed; their staff is super friendly and the whole office just feels approachable. I ended up needing a LOT of fillings, which I was super nervous about, but Dr. Pham walked me through the process and helped me set up a treatment schedule that felt doable. Through the course of my treatment, I've seen both Dr. Palmer and Dr. Wang, and they are both amazing. I never felt judged or intimidated, and never had any pain or discomfort during my treatments. I can't recommend them enough!

Dr. Pham and his team are one of a kind. The individualized attention they provide is excellent and you truly feel like they care about you and your dental wellbeing. From the moment you walk in and are greeted by the receptionists, then by friendly dental assistants and lastly Dr. Pham himself. Makes you feel like you are getting the best care and attention! INCREDIBLY impressed with Dr. Pham and his team. I felt like he truly cared about my health and well being, and made recommendations I've never received before from any previous dentists. Most importantly, I've had a crown (NOT originally done by Dr. Pham) bothering me for NEARLY two years and after a few adjustments by Dr. Pham, the pain was GONE (and still is). My previous dentist said it was a problem with the nerve and that I needed a ROOT CANAL! Thank goodness there are honest doctors like Dr. Pham. Not to mention the office is as clean as a whistle and feels more like a spa than a dental office. HIGHLY recommend!

I moved to West LA a few months back and in need of a new dentist. My co worker recommended Dr. Pham and his team to me. My first appointment was with his associate Dr. Wang. She was very informative and answered all my questions with great knowledge. I came back for treatments with Dr. Pham. (Yes, I have cavities... who doesn’t) and it was so easy and painless! Can’t thank the team at Meridien Dental enough for taking care my teeth and now I need to go buy my co work lunch to thank her!

Dr. Pham and his team at Meridien Dental came highly recommended from a friend and everything our friend had said was true. Extremely accommodating and they go over all procedures and charges before doing anything so there are no billing surprises.
Extremely high tech and has a modern feel. The doctor went over all my X-rays and exam and made sure I understood everything. Hannah the assistant was very gentle and thorough. I will be returning back for fillings soon and bring the rest of my family with me.

Amazing dentist and for someone who normally feels at least a little pain at the dentist and so goes into it with some anxiety, I felt no pain at all. He took care of a cavity and a replacement filling. He is attentive, professional and kind and I will continue to see him as my dentist going forward minus the anxiety for future appointments.

I think Dr. Pham is a good dentist but I have never had a dentist that was so sales-y. He was very pushy with telling me I needed just about all dental work possible. I have pretty good teeth and he was very adamant in telling me I should get whitening, straightening, a filling for a chip I never even noticed. Now his office keeps calling me to remind me to come in to get this work done. The office is very nice and clean and the staff was friendly, but I just wanted a cleaning and don't appreciate getting pressured into all these extra services.

I've lived in Santa Monica for a couple of years and think that it's time to look for a new dentist. After the referral from a co worker, I booked an appt with Dr.Pham.
Before going into my appt., I looked up the reviews online, and noticed that Meridien Dental got rave reviews. I was still a bit skeptical but decided to check them out myself.
First off, everyone here is so nice! From the appointment phone call going forward, no one was even slightly rude in any way. Secondly, yes just like all the reviews, everyone here has great smile and nice teeth! Thirdly, I love that all of their forms are essentially electronic. They have laminated almost all the forms that you fill out and they electronically store them. "Why yes I do want my receipt emailed to me!" I love not leaving here with a ton of unnecessary paper that would just sit in my rear passenger seat until I clean out my car. They do some other cool stuff like allow you to watch Netflix while you get work done. It's a nice touch for those that need to be distracted.
Everything was pretty high tech. I really appreciated the mouth guard. My mouth produces a lot of saliva to the point where I normally feel like I'm being waterboarded with any dental work. The DA was on top it every time!
After an amazing filling job by Dr. Pham, I recommended that my mom set an appointment with him. She's also extremely pleased. I didn't even have to get my bite adjusted and I experienced no discomfort after the day of the filling. What a quality job all around!
Dr. Pham and his team makes going to the dentist as enjoyable as it can be!

This place is incredible. Such a pleasant experience! Dr. Peter Pham is a super friendly and cool guy. I also had my teeth cleaned by Dr. Huh - she was wonderful! Not only was she kind, but she made me feel extremely comfortable and took the time to answer all of my questions (she also had some great tips for keeping my teeth clean and healthy).
Everyone in the office was so welcoming and the receptionists were friendly and all had great senses of humor. It was easy to schedule an appointment. Melissa went over the details of my insurance plan and went the extra mile to explain all priceing and options for payment. I highly recommend this office to those looking for a new dentist.
Bonus: You get to watch TV with ear phones while they work on your teeth!
