Born and raised in Kor??, Albania, he practiced dentistry after graduating from the School of Dental Medicine, UMF Cluj-Napoca, Romania, in 2000. Dr. Leno then moved to Boston to pursue further education at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, where he earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in 2009 and was awarded a prize in Prosthodontics. Dr. Leno and his staff are kind and respectful. The office and treatment rooms are pristine, cheerful places.
He offers plans for patients without insurance. I travel an hour from another state for my care with Melrose Dental Group.

I cannot recommend Dr. Leno and their team highly enough! From the moment I stepped into the office, I was impressed by the cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, making each visit a pleasant experience. As someone who struggles with dental anxiety, I truly appreciate how gentle and understanding Dr. Leno is. They take the time to explain procedures and ensure that I feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Their compassionate approach has made a significant difference in my dental care experience.

Dr. Piro came highly recommended by family members, one of whom is a dental hygienist, when I asked for advice upon moving to the Melrose-area. They told me about his excellent technical skills, his warm and kind personality, his thoughtful and informative communication skills. In short, they sold me on Dr. Piro and his practice. In the three months that I have been seeing Dr. Piro, during which I have had three appointments to address some long-overdue dental work, he has exceeded the high expectations I have had. He's an excellent dentist and I could not be happier with the choice I made.

Dr. Leno is an excellent dentist. He provides consistent, precise and thorough dental care for my whole family. He is also incredibly friendly and easy to talk to! He gets the job done and manages to make my dental visits a pleasant experience. I have recommended him to both family and friends alike. Best in the area.
