We went for my 3 year olds first dentist appointment, and they were amazing! The whole office was so kind to my daughter and made her feel very calm. Our dentist explained everything every step of the way and constantly checked on my daughter to make sure she was still okay before every step. My daughter left already feeling excited about her next appointment, which is huge coming from a toddler! She also explained everything to me in such a clear way and I left knowing exactly what I needed to do to help with my daughters health. I am so appreciative of this office and our amazing dentist for making my daughter’s first appointment so enjoyable! We will be continuing to come here for my children, and my husband and I will be joining as new patients as well. Highly recommend!!

I showed up for my appointment on time. They took my name and tried to charge me hundreds up front “because there wouldn’t be anyone here later to collect”. After asking for more details it became clear they were trying to charge me for someone else’s bill. They then said they didn’t have an appointment for me, and asked when I would like to schedule one because they were full. No apologies, very nonchalant. I was in pain and dropped everything on a Friday afternoon to get help. They dropped the ball and left me in pain until Monday when I could get another appointment at a different office.

I've been putting off visiting the dentist for almost two decades. I was so glad I finally decided to go. The office itself is beautiful, clean and organized. I thought the office was comfy mades you feel welcome. I felt the staff worked as a team. Dr Ramesh was so kind and made me feel at ease while I was in her chair. I felt she did a thorough job with my exam. She was very gentle when doing my cleaning. I have found my dental home!!

The office looked very nice as we came to the Zoo, and Dr. Poornima is a great Dentist and has extensive knowledge When we visited for the first time about my 4-year-old daughter's teeth issue, Dr. Poornima did a great job. She reduced our unnecessary treatments and fees, which were very normal compared to other Dentist hospitals. I would highly recommend Dr. Poornima.
