Dr. Pouya Vakilian, DMD, MD is a dual-degree, board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon dedicated to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care. He earned his dental degree from the esteemed Harvard University, where he built a strong foundation in clinical excellence. He went on to complete his medical degree and advanced surgical training at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Parkland Memorial Hospital, one of the most prestigious and rigorous oral and maxillofacial surgery programs in the country. This elite training has equipped Dr. Vakilian with advanced expertise across the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery. His clinical focus includes dentoalveolar surgery, wisdom tooth removal, dental implants, and full-arch rehabilitation solutions such as All-on-X, zygomatic implants, and remote anchorage implants. He has extensive experience in full-mouth implant rehabilitation, having successfully treated over 800 patients with complex full mouth dental implant needs. In addition, Dr. Vakilian provides treatment for temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders, oral pathology, and orthognathic (jaw) surgery to improve both function and facial harmony.
