About Dr. Primal Deep Singh
Dr. Primal Singh was born in Visalia, CA, and grew up on a raisin farm in Fresno, California. Although growing up on a farm was peaceful, Dr. Singh needed a change of scenery. She decided to attend UC San Diego for college. However, the year-round flip-flop weather in San Diego did not keep her there. After earning her B.S, she went back to Fresno for one year to teach as a high school science teacher.
Teaching was rewarding for Dr. Singh, but she still desired to go to dental school. She was intrigued with using a technical skill to relieve people of pain, discomfort, or enhance a smile. She then attended Western University of Health Sciences and obtained her DMD in 2013. Her next adventure led her to the Midwest to attend a hospital-based residency at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center in Peoria, IL.
Dr. Singh met her husband Paul while living in Chicago, who was born and bred in Detroit, MI. She was forced to say “Go Blue”. From there the couple married and moved to NYC. After one year, Dr. Singh started to miss a car and did not care for the snow too much. The couple decided to make Dallas, Texas home since the city is between California and Michigan. They have two daughters – Jaya and Maeva Singh.
Dr. Singh is very meticulous about details and is an organizational freak. Her second career would be a “wanna-be” Marie Kondo. This characteristic has helped her in dentistry as she is very prideful of her craft and cares deeply to make her patients happy with her attention to detail. Therefore, she understands that it’s important to always grow and keep learning. She attends numerous continuing dental education courses and stays current with the latest techniques and technology to best serve her patients. Dr. Singh looks forward to meeting you and your family.

I would definitely recommend Dr.Singh and her team. The office staff and their customer service is really great . Very hygienic environment for treatments. I felt like they have used advanced equipments and I didn’t experience any discomfort during X ray.

I am originally from California & since moving to Dallas it was really hard finding a good dentist, & since finding this place I have been really happy. The dentist explains everything very well & makes me feel comfortable and tells me what I need & doesn't try & sell me on anything. I love it here!

I dont care to come to the dentist but Dr. Singh has always made my visit very favorable. She explains things in detail & in terms I can understand! She makes you comfortable & relaxed. Staff is always great & helpful. Glad I was able to find her office!
