Not a pleasant visit. Very uncomfortable and rough xray taking. My mouth still hurts after a day. Then waited too long for doc who spent about 5 mins and was done. Was then told to book another appointment for treatment.

God knows I am terrified of the dentist. The office staff is super friendly, everyone makes you feel like family when you walk in. They walk you through every step and literally hold you hand. I am super satisfied with the care and work they provided. Ashley was amazing ?, she help me get through my procedure. But when I say EVERYONE is AMAZING is actually an understatement. I wish I could give them 10 stars ?.

For my Root Canal procedure, Dr. Ravi and Nya were fantastic! They ensured that I was comfortable, pain-free, and informed step-by-step of exactly what was happening. Jennifer at the front desk was also extremely nice, efficient and professional. The Franklin Dental team is superb! I am fortunate to be their patient. I am definitely getting top notch care! Thank you very much Jennifer, Nya and Dr Ravi!

I'm not someone who enjoys going to the dentist at all, but Franklin Dental offers amazing service. Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The hygienists I've seen have been gentle and explain every step of the process, being sure to answer all my questions. Convenient location and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend if you are in the market for a new dentist.

Great experience. Have been going here lately and the Dr W. and the front staff are very helpful and pleasant, trying to work with me in scheduling and interfacing with insurance. My wife is also moving to this practice as a patient. Highly recommended.

I’ve always been scared of going to the dentist, today I got my fillings done by Dr. Romhen. She made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. It was a quick and painless visit. She was so gentle. Her staff is so professional and polite. I would definitely recommend
