“I was not visiting for good reasons. I was in pain. He relieved it quickly and easily and also gave me one of the best cleanings I've ever had in my life. I appreciated Dr. Rosens good humor and his staff were also amazing. His front desk receptionist took excellent care of everything. She was a very sweet woman. You could tell that she cares and is great at the front lines of a medical practice. I felt at home there immediately. ”

The staff and dental assistants were lovely. I found Dr. Rosen to be brash, abrasive, and rushed me out. I mean I left not knowing whether my teeth were in good or bad condition. I mean no I don't have tooth pain, but he barely stuck a pick in my mouth!
Dr. Rosen and his staff are an amazing team! My visit was quick and painless. They even had time to do a filling same day. I highly recommend!

My first visit with doctor rosen was great. The staff and himself welcomed me and made me feel comefortable. he did a good cleaning and im looking forward to continuing my treatments

I saw Dr. Rosen at his Court Street location and his staff was quick at helping me sort out some insurance issues when I first arrived. I was then seen promptly but as I was taken back to the room I noticed the office was not in great shape. The exam chair I sat in had sticky duct tape and the place seemed in need of a renovation. Dr. Rosen moved very quickly through the appointment and I felt a bit rushed to explain my dental concerns. When he did the cleaning the water and other fluids from my mouth were spraying all over my face which was not enjoyable. He was pretty rough when removing plaque from my teeth and my gums were bleeding for an hour. They hurt for a few days after that. Overall the appointment was a bit too rushed and I would have appreciated a more gentle experience.
Fast, professional and friendly.

My appointment was quick and (literally) painless. I went in for a cleaning, and they told me that I had 3 cavities that needed to be filled. They were able to do it right away, let me know up front what my insurance would cover, and were absolute gems when it came to comforting me (I hate this kind of thing and I'm a very big baby). The staff was kind, efficient, and welcoming, and I would definitely recommend this office, especially for anyone that tends to be a little scared, like me!

From start to finish my visit was 5 stars. There was minimal wait time and everyone was so friendly. The doctor was knowledgable about the latest dental techniques and he made me feel really comfortable.
Verified patient
Waiting room was small and crowded on a Friday afternoon, but I was seen quickly (a bit more quickly than others who had seemed to be waiting longer, which was awkward). For a normal cleaning and check-up, it was simple and relatively painless. Overall, the inspection and cleaning were very quick and very slightly less thorough than I would have liked. He gave me a personal recommendation for some pesky breath issues I've been dealing with, as a bonus. (On a side note, Dr. Rosen uses a "polishing spray" for his cleanings, not the typical rotating disk and polishing paste I've had in the past. It was a bit like a mini-sandblaster for your teeth, which was surprising, slightly less enjoyable and thorough, and messier than the traditional, but a good deal faster).

It's been several years since seeing Dr Rosen, I really don't remember much. I believe I remember him being pleasant. I would have remembered a bad experience.
The dentist spent most of his time up-selling me on a treatment before being told I didn't actually need them when I found previous dental scans to compare against his scans. I've also never had such an incomplete cleaning, the tech didn't even floss all of my teeth. The office was chaotic with lots of the team shouting down the hall at each other. Patients were waiting while the team chit chatted in the hall way.
Horrible, he works alone with no assistants. He handled my care abruptly and aggressive with out explaining anything. I was suppose to get two cavities fillet etc. Usually dentist numb the area with paste then inject the numbing medicine. Needless to say he forgot to numb me first. The pain was excruciating and could of been prevented. To say the least he still didn't numb the area completely and I started feeling the drilling.

I showed up 30 minutes early and was taken in immediately. All paperwork had been done before I arrived, so no long process of filling out info. Dentist was super nice, very friendly and talkative, but with regards to working on my teeth, I found him to be somewhat rough. Also, he didn't really seem to see the issues I was having with my teeth and I had to point out where I was feeling pain. He filled in two cavities that I didn't know I had, but failed to miss the reason I came in. I didn't know that he didn't attend to my current pain due to the freezing of my mouth. Again, very nice office, friendly, and efficient. But the actual dental experience was not great.
The best love this man friendly very nice

Samantha was great.
I think Doctor Rosen is really nice but his staff and office is completely unprofessional. Everyone is gossiping, listening to loud music, and extremely vague when answering questions. There's a lot of yelling and talking loudly about other patients. I didn't feel comfortable here honestly and I wouldn't recommend this office because of his staff not the Doctor himself. The women at the front desk were very accommodating and helpful.
I've NEVER had a problem with the dentist before, but now I know why people dread it. I honestly don't know how this office is still in business. The office was dirty--the doctor was even still eating his lunch when he entered the room with me; it took over 3 shots for him to numb me, each time drilling in between until I yelled in pain; the doctor was unprofessional and rude to his staff; the appointment took forever, making me miss a meeting even though I asked if I should reschedule. The staff were very friendly and helpful, however.
Dr. Rosen is a great guy. It's always nice to have a dentist who can provide entertaining and intelligent conversation during a cleaning. He does all the cleanings himself as well, and makes sure things get done right.

Dentist is very well trained and experienced. Very thorough and helped me understand the procedure. Dental hygienist who did my cleaning was great! Only downside was some 'HR' issues I overheard of a technician hiding while on the job and the dentist addressing this behavior. Should probably keep these conversations private.
This second time I have waited a very lengthy period of time and not had work done that I was going to have done just so I could leave.

Terrible
I've seen Dr. Rosen several times and each time i get amnesia. This last visit, however, I will not forget. I went in for a cleaning (which was an afterthought to the dentist) and ended up having a filling repaired. After the numbing agent wore off I was unable to put any pressure on the tooth and had extreme sensitivity to heat and cold. I called the next day when it didnt subside and the truly lovely front desk staff got me right in. They are a great group of girls and deserve a better practice! The next day i went in for my follow up and waited over an hour to be seen! Once in the chair, Dr. Rosen stopped working on me so he could have a piece of cake that another patient had brought in. WHAT? I mean- he offered me a piece too but really thats not the point. Here i am 3 weeks later facing a root canal on the botched repair and still unable to chew on that side of my mouth. Needless to say I'm seeing someone else from now on.
