Dr. Patel was very kind and did a great job explaining what my treatment options were, and was patient when I asked a lot of questions. She let me pick the music we listened to during my cleaning and she definitely cares about her work and making sure my teeth looked great. However, she was not sensitive about my needle phobia. I needed some fillings done, so I told her for that appointment I needed the needle to not be visible to me at any point, I'd keep my eyes closed while it was being used, and to take it out of the room once we were done with it. However, when I came back for the filling appointment it was on the table with the rest of the tools and when I asked her to please move it, she moved it right over my head without apologizing. So I was really freaked out for the whole appointment. She does good work but I don't feel comfortable going back.

Dr. Patel thoroughly addressed all of my concerns and made me feel very comfortable and at ease. The office staff was very welcoming and calm. Overall would highly recommend!

Really amazing staff that are super friendly and nonjudgmental!! Hadn’t been to the dentist in a few years and was nervous what they would say but they were so nice, explained everything thoroughly, even showed me pictures of my teeth so I could see and actually understand what was going on. Would definitely recommend!!!

I came to Dr. Patel for a crown. Dr. Patel’s kind and thoughtful disposition made me immediately comfortable. Her treatment was second to none and took consideration of all my preferences (and fears). It’s been 4 weeks and J feel great! I’ll be returning for all future dental needs.
