Quick wait time and Dr. Jacinto was very professional. I could tell she knew what she was doing and was not trying to sell me unnecessary products. She explained to me all the procedures and reasoning for them so I felt very comfortable.

First time seeing Dr. Jacinto. The moment I handed in my intake forms, I was ushered into their windowed corner office for X-rays. The staff had looked up my insurance in advance, and everything was covered — in contrast to my previous dentist, who sent a surprise bill 7 months later. Dr. Jacinto was friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable, and it was easy to set up a follow-up appointment.

I’m so grateful to have found Dr. Jacinto! I’ve needed a dentist for awhile and the moment I was in her office I knew I found the right place. Her staff are all very kind, helpful and professional. I’m looking forward to seeing her for years to come.

I would not recommend this dental office. Dr. Jancito was fine, she was thorough, clear, and kind but the rest of the office staff made it a really unpleasant experience. The front desk office staff were not very friendly. When I was taken in to get my X-rays, the dental technician was extremely rough. I felt like she was pulling and tugging things out of my mouth without my consent and without asking me if I was okay. She also placed the mouth pieces on a surface that was not disinfected. The dental technician ended up not taking the best pictures and Dr. Jancito asked her to do it again. While I was waiting in the chair, there were other dental technicians that came and took machines away and there seemed to be a disagreement between the office staff. When they told me I could leave, no one escorted me out, I had to go search through the office for the exit. The office manager was also on the phone when I exited so I was not at all told what the next steps were for me. She then told me that she would call me later.

Sweet ladies in there, I didn’t wait long at all to go in. I know they meant absolutely no harm, but they should have never attempted to do my root canal in there, and should have sent me directly to the endo before even attempted. Midway through it she could not complete it, left me with an exposed nerve and agonizing pain for a few days before I was able to see an endo to perform my root canal. I’m still trying to comprehend why they even tried, and I can’t seem to wrap my head around it. I would appreciate an explanation. I do however appreciate the fact that I was not charged for it.

I was unsatisfied with the work that was done. My temporary crown came completly off after 3 days. I almost swallowed my temp crown since it came off when I was eating. Dangerous and uncomfortable thing to happen. . The ladies at the desk were nice biut I do not trust the work.

My experience here was great. Staff are very kind and do their best to make you feel comfortable. I was called in for X-rays almost immediately. The dentist took her time with me and at no moment did it feel rushed. I just moved from NYC to North Hollywood so I’m glad I was able to find Dr. Jacinto’s office vía ZocDoc.

Dr. Jacinto is very polite, caring, compassionate. She goes the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. I was even given a blanket because I felt cold. She is very professional in every way. I higly recommend her to anyone looking for a friendly, caring, professional dentist.

Hands down the only, only dentist I trust to even look at my teeth. I admit, I'm not the easiest patient to deal with, but Dr. Jacinto and her staff show the up most respect, care and professionalism every time I visit. I remember leaving crying or upset before I came to Dr. Jacinto. Now, I leave with a smile and a satisfied feeling.
