About Dr. Ryan Blair
Dr. Blair graduated from Bellingham High School in 1990, in Bellingham, WA. He attended Portland State University and graduated in 1995 with a degree in Biology. In 2000, Dr. Blair earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine from Oregon Health & Science University’s School of Dentistry. After working for just over a year in Arizona, he moved back to Portland and took over the practice of Dr. Larry Rask in 2001. He has been the sole practitioner of Powell Dental ever since.

he's okay at stuff, but he said negative pH which is a very confusing thing to say

I had a serious accident over the weekend. I was able to book an appointment for Monday at Noon on the internet. Dr Blair's office called at 8:15 Monday and said I could come in at 9am instead....WOW! The care I got and the relief I got was fantastic! Thank you Dr. Blair and staff for the quick, professional, and quality care I received!

Went for a general checkup/cleaning. Nice facilities, easy to get to the office on the #9 bus, pretty high tech equipment for x-rays and taking pictures and such. Technician was thorough but gentle and good about checking in with me. Only downside is that despite sending forms through Zocdoc, I had to fill out another set of forms at the office because apparently they think Zocdoc's aren't in-depth enough.
