Arriving at our appointment time, we waited 40 minutes to get paperwork for our first visit to this facility. I had filled out paperwork in July 2025 and they did not have anything on file. We waited another 15 minutes before entering the office. the tech used a handheld x-ray machine that didn't work very well. I was taken to a circular head x-ray machine. Waited 10 minutes for the tech to ask me if doctor had come in. The tech polished my teeth first, waited 10 more minutes. Doctor came in to machine clean my teeth. Every tooth hurt, he wanted to numb my gums to proceed. He was the only doctor working an assembly line of 10-15 patients, that day. I left. I'll never return., and neither should anyone else!

They were forcing me to have my gums cleaned and told me I have to pay a lot of money to get it done. I told them I just needed prophylaxis and they refuse even after I told them I cannot do the gum cleaning. They were trying to insinuate that my gums are hurting but my gums are fine and not hurting. They scared me that if my teeth fall off, it will cost so much more to have dentures. I told them I am 62 years old and I think it's no use to try to save my teeth or gums and any attempt to fix it will be futile and will only last a short time and end up with the inevitable.
