Kennedy Family Dentistry has been serving the Decatur community for 40 years now. Located across the street from Dekalb Hospital, our office offers free parking and late hours to accommodate your busy schedule. Dr. Kennedy earned a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Augusta University, bringing expert care to every smile we serve. We stay open to serve your smile!

Dr.Kennedy and his staff are excellent.From the work done to the way I was treated.The doctor is obviously passionate about what he does,You are treated like a PERSON.That is rare these days.When you are hurting that goes a long way.LaToya assisted him in my procedures.She is warm and kind.It is obviously her goal to keep you comfortable.They have the business of dentistry down pat but haven't lost sight of their humanity.I will be sending friends and be a patient as long as they will have me!

He and staff were efficient in process of the initial consultation and review of my dental health. I appreciate the fact that his family has been practicing for over 40 years here in the community. His manner is gentle and kind. For decades my dentist was less than mile away. I appreciate Dr Kennedy being in my insurance network.

This was my first visit and I was very impressed with the assistance I received from the receptionist. I forgot my insurance card. She called my insurer and obtained the necessary info. Dr. Kennedy was pleasant & provided helpful information concerning my treatment plan.

It was as pleasureable as a visit to the dentist can be. Dr. Kennedy was a complete delight and his staff most kind. My first new dentist in 43 years, a pleasant surprise. I look forward to my next visit.

I really love that both father and son work together in the dentist's office. I hardly ever have to wait to be seen, and the everyone there is so friendly. Greatly recommended!

Dr. Ryan's office is very very comfortable! It has a homey, family feel to it. The doctor's bedside manner is fantastic, and he explains everything he will do in detail so you can at least expect what's coming. I highly recommend him if you're looking for more comfort in visiting a dentist.

Once I was called for service, it was excellent. My complaint is the very long wait time before being called for service.
Another thing, At 1:20 pm, I made an effort to contact Dr. Ryan's office via telephone and was informed by a recording that "the office was closed for the day." It stated however, "if you are calling between the hours of 12:30 and 1:30 pm, we are out of the office for lunch."

I like the fact that he listen to what I had to say and explained what had to be done and what would have to be done in the future. his bed side manner was lite but very professional. I would highly recommend Dr, Kennedy to anyone that is looking for a good dentist.

Dr. Kennedy was extremely professional, thorough and gentle. I've had a bad experience in the past with a dentist and wasn't looking forward to going ever again, but Dr. Kennedy was so patient and got the job done right the first time.
