About Dr. Saeid Zeiaei-Nafchi
Ever since he was a child, Saeid Zeiaei-Nafchi, DDS has enjoyed working with his hands and has had a curiosity for science. This interest led him into dentistry, and now he has been helping patients achieve optimum oral health for 17 years.
When a patient visits Woodbridge Dental Associates, they can rest easy knowing that a highly educated dentist is ready to take care of their needs and treat them with personalized care. Dr. Zeiaei-Nafchi studied at West Virginia University, Morgantown where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery. The practice offers general dentistry and cosmetic dentistry, as well as multi-specialty services. This means they are often able to fulfill all their patients’ specialty dentistry needs in one location.
Dr. Zeiaei-Nafchi specializes in prosthodontics, which is the replacement of missing teeth with partial or full implants. He is one of only a few thousand dentists who practice this specialty across the United States.
He also recently added another concentration to his practice: Obstructive Sleep Apnea, or OSA, treatment. Dr. Zeiaei-Nafchi says dentists are in a unique position to help patients who suffer from OSA, a common condition associated with alarming health problems including heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, acid reflux and more. What makes OSA so worrisome to Dr. Zeiaei-Nafchi is that sufferers stop breathing over and over throughout the night. His goal is to help them breath easier and get the crucial oxygen they need to function.
This led him to advance training with one of the nation’s top OSA experts. Specially trained dentists like Dr. Zeiaei-Nafchi treat OSA with one of an FDA-approved oral device that gently repositions the lower jaw to open the airway.
