Dr. Samin Eftekhari graduated from Nova Southeastern University in Florida with a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. After living in Miami for 30 years, he decided to move to California in 2018. Following dental school, he felt a strong desire to give back and voluntarily enlisted in the U.S. Army, a decision he says was one of the best he ever made. With over 15 years of clinical experience, he proudly served as a Captain in the U.S. Army Reserves, helping soldiers and civilians with their dental needs. Before becoming a dentist, Dr. Eftekhari was a professor of Biology and Chemistry. He taught classes at Pepperdine University and throughout the Los Angeles area. He brings this passion for education into the dental office, enjoying the opportunity to connect with patients and clearly explain their treatment goals. For fun, Dr. Eftekhari is an avid landscape photographer and fisherman. You may even notice some of his photographs currently on display in the office! Growing up in Miami, Florida, he spent hours at sea navigating the oceans in search of the next catch. Come meet Dr. Samin Eftekhari for a unique dental experience!
