I have finally found a dentist with whom I am very comfortable. As someone who dreads going to the dentist, even for a cleaning, this experience put me at ease. Everyone was pleasant, helpful, no judgement. Easy to make an appointment. I appreciated that Dr Downes did the cleaning herself with the aid of an assistant. My concerns were listened to. I will definitely return and have already recommended Dr Downes to colleagues.

Dr Downes is thorough and has a great energy! I felt like I was in very capable hands, she was calm and informative. She did my 1st cleaning herself which is a treat that almost never happens when you visit the dentist. Office staff was pleasant and polite. Happy I found this practice!
