“Could not reccomend this office more! I was greeted by the front desk team and thanked for filling out my forms online before my appointment! This made check in as easy as giving them my name.
My hygienist was so fun and so nice. She also did a thorough job cleaning my teeth and was very nice about encouraging me to floss more.
Dr. Saunders was great. So nice, very personable and answered all my questions. I felt that my wellbeing and trust was a top priority.
Every moment from check in to scheduling my follow up was excellent! ”

Dr. Saunders' practice is an oasis in this gritty city: her approach is ethical and professional unlike that of many NYC dentists who only care about billing out as much as they can from your insurance. I received great dental cleaning and fillings that last. The technician is very kind and the secretary is well-organized. Dr Saunders never solicited any unnecessary services. I'm so happy to have found Dr Saunders' practice after all the bad experience with other dentists!

I had such a wonderful experience at this dental office! The entire team was incredibly nice, thoughtful, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. I was pretty nervous about going in, but they made me feel so comfortable and cared for the whole time.
By the time I left, I was actually happy that I went to the dentist, which says a lot. They explained everything clearly, never rushed or chastised me, and made sure I felt at ease throughout the visit.
I 100% will be going back—so much so that I booked my next appointment before I even left the office. Highly recommend!

If you're afraid of the dentist like me, this is your dentist. Dr. Saunders was fast, non-judgmental and I didn't get upcharged for anything. She was also kind/positive and relatively gentle. I also really enjoyed the receptionist and dental assistant. Great customer service start to finish.

Amazing office with excellent specialists who did not try to bill everything they could out of my insurance. I was not pressured to do any extra procedure, the doctor listened to my needs, did evaluation, showed me the cavities and explained which ones require attention right away. I had bad experience with other dental offices in NYC and was glad to find this team which appears to be professional, ethical and truthful in their evaluations of patient's needs. The was an issue with booking the first appointment but it was resolved.

I never really like a dentist before but I love this dentist. Very informative and professional but also made me feel calm. I didn’t feel like she was pushing services on me, but rather that she was giving me tips on better dental hygiene and a plan to improve my dental health. I had to do a tooth extraction which always sucks but it was a pleasant experience here (as much as tooth extraction can be) The front desk is AMAZING! So warm and welcoming also very helpful and kind. Looking forward to this being my dentist office for the future, hopefully a long time.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Saunders for a few years and really appreciate how kind and thorough she is. I don’t really like leaving reviews but she’s made sure I’m comfortable when going for visits. As we all know in the city it’s hard to find a provider you trust and so I’ve recommended her to friends and they’ve had the same positive experience.

Excellent work, painless, efficient, and exactly what was needed. Dr. Saunders was very caring, explained everything perfectly, and took care of the problem precisely and quickly. One of the best dental appointments I've ever had, and I will be recommending to everyone I know to try switching to this facility.

Dr. Saunders knows her stuff! She's smart, knowledgeable, and friendly, and works quickly and effectively. She also communicates very well, effortlessly translating the mysterious "tooth language" into a language I can understand. :-) I highly recommend her!
