I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment. I received three mixed messages regarding location, for Tustin, Corona, and Pomona, I called the one hour before appointment time, staff member named Briana stated appointment was at the Pomona office. I asked her to text me the address, but she abruptly ended the call with “Okay, bye,” (unprofessional). I drove from South Orange County to Pomona—approximately 40 miles, in heavy traffic on multiple freeways (5, 55, 91, and 71). I arrived just 8 minutes after my scheduled appointment time of 3:00 PM. I was told I was late and that there was no staff available. I explained the confusion caused by the conflicting messages, I was not offered any assistance. I had appointment with a dentist, not “staff,” and expected professional service. I asked to speak with a manager, I was told don't have manager. This experience has left me extremely disappointed. This kind of mismanagement wasted my time and underlined trust in your services.
